Construction is in full swing and this Friday marks the start of the manifestation, It's OK... commoning uncertainties (from 26 May to 24 September).

We would like to personally invite you to the celebratory start of the It's OK... project on Friday 26 May, from 5 pm - 7 pm. We look forward to inaugurating a chapel specially designed for the project by artist Viola Renate together with Satja Jurc Blagovič. The evening will also feature a special participatory performance by Justin F. Kennedy.

About It's OK... commoning uncertainties
Between 26 May and 24 September 2023, the Oude Kerk presents the manifestation It's OK... commoning uncertainties. The manifestation consists of a series of gatherings in which the question is asked how a sense of community can contribute to a more resilient social fabric. Over a hundred local and international residents from Amsterdam, such as makers, thinkers, activists, united in 'circles of experience', will organise weekly public sessions around current social issues throughout the summer.
